It depends on why the payment stopped. If you simply stop paying for Sejf Życia, we will first block some features. For 30 days after your subscription expires you can restore your plan and recover all your files. After that your data moves to an archive for 180 days, from which it can only be recovered by opening the safe after an event is reported, for example a death. After those 180 days we will delete your documents permanently.
If the account goes unpaid because your death has been confirmed, the documents stay in the system for a while for the people you share them with. 180 days after your death is confirmed, we will block access to them and delete them together with your account.
